1) Atleast 1 set must be played in order for there to be a win counted on the ladder.
2) The match must be reported within two days for it to be counted on the ladder 2a) The WINNER of the match must be the person who reports on the Forum/message board
3) You can challenge someone as much as FOUR positions above you on the ladder. 3a) If you beat the person who is above you then you take their place on the ladder. The loser will then shuffle down one position. If the challenger loses then he will just remain where he was.
4) If you are challenged then you must find time for a game within 5 days. If you can't play within 5 days then its an automatic forfeit. *Tip* Jack Robinson park has lights on their court till 11:00 pm
5)If a challenge is placed on this message board and gets no response by the person challenged then a courtesy call to the person challenged is expected to happen within 2 days in order for the forfeit rule to be put in place. If you can't get ahold of the person then just leave a message with the machine or a family member; this will still count as a courtesy call.

Hey Mike, I was talking with a few of the players and we were thinking of a new rule. You shouldn't be able to just keep on challenging people working your way up without being challenge yourself. Sort of like you play someone above then you have to play someone below you. I could win a game move up 4 spots, quickley get home and challenge another 4 spots up without the time there to be challenged. Make sense?

At this point there isn't enough challenges to warrant this rule.
In my opinion you should be able to challenge as much as you want until someone challenges you. The challengers are the ones that make this ladder successful.
No ones challenged me yet so i'm going to continue to challenge so i can play games. I don't want to have to wait 2 weeks to get a match.
I'd be interested in hearing more feedback though.
